(Almost) Platform Equality :(
Unfortunately, due to a problem with the bundled MinGW C/C++ Compiler Toolchain Strawberry Perl 5.10.0.1 cannot (yet) install CPAN modules that incorporate C/XS elements on Windows Vista.
We are investigating a solution for the problem.
